Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans. Create a protected, healthy, and nurturing classroom setting. Observe and assess individual child's growth and development. Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers about child progress. Support children in developing social skills and independence. Organize and participate in activities that enhance learning through play. Maintain classroom cleanliness and safety standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree with B.Ed
Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting. Solid understanding of child development stages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
