Pitch & Overcome Objections: Explain interest rates, processing fees, and advantages while addressing any customer hesitations.
Documentation & Follow-Up: Collect required documents (like KYC and income proof) and constantly follow up with leads until the loan is disbursed.Key Skills Required
Transparent Communication: Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in regional languages and English.
Active Listening: The ability to understand the customer’s financial needs and tailor the pitch accordingly.
Resilience: Patience and a positive attitude to handle rejections and meet daily or monthly sales targets.
Basic Financial Knowledge: Understanding of Credit Information Bureau (CIBIL) scores, interest rates, and EMI structures.
