The candidate will be responsible for assisting in surgical procedures, maintaining OT protocols, and ensuring patient safety and infection control standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain the Operation Theatre before, during, and after surgical procedures
Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff during operations
Ensure proper sterilization and handling of surgical instruments and equipment
Monitor and maintain aseptic conditions in the OT
Check and prepare surgical instruments, implants, and consumables
Handle OT documentation and records as per hospital protocols
Assist in patient positioning and pre/post-operative care
Ensure adherence to infection control and biomedical waste management guidelines
Coordinate with CSSD and other departments for smooth OT functioning
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
