Responsibilities:
Supervise the packing, loading, unloading, and transportation of goods.
Manage drivers, helpers, and packing staff.
Ensure the protected handling of household and commercial items.
Plan routes and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with customers regarding pickup and delivery times.
Maintain records of vehicles, fuel usage, and expenses.
Ensure that company policies and safety standards are followed.
Resolve customer complaints and operational issues.
Monitor inventory and packing materials.
Prepare daily reports and submit them to management.
