The ideal candidate will have expertise in conversational AI, prompt engineering, knowledge integration, Power Platform, and enterprise system integrations to deliver scalable, secure, and business-focused AI solutions. Key Responsibilities Application Development Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio. Build conversational AI solutions with enterprise-grade security and governance. Develop Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps) and Power Automate workflows. Integrate Copilot Studio with: Microsoft Teams SharePoint Microsoft 365 Dataverse Dynamics 365 Azure AI Services REST APIs Configure knowledge sources using SharePoint, Dataverse, websites, and documents. Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices. Design reusable prompts,



topics, entities, and adaptive conversations. Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize AI responses. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver AI solutions. Mentor junior developers and participate in solution architecture discussions.
