Key Responsibilities
Supervise welding operations across TIG, MIG, ARC, Argon, and Laser welding processes.
Ensure quality standards are met in all production activities.
Train and mentor welders to improve technical skills and safety practices.
Coordinate with production teams to meet project deadlines.
Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Implement safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Robust knowledge of TIG/MIG/ARC/Argon/Laser welding techniques.
Minimum 5 years of welding experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team development.
Knowledge of safety standards and quality assurance practices.
Preferred Attributes
Certification in welding technologies (AWS, ISO, or equivalent).
Experience with automated welding systems.
Problem-solving mindset with solid attention to detail.
