A Civil Site Engineer is responsible for planning, supervising, and executing construction activities at project sites while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of work.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
Interpret and execute construction drawings, specifications, and project plans.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved designs, quality standards, and project schedules.
Monitor labor, subcontractors, and equipment to ensure effective productivity.
Conduct site inspections and coordinate with architects, consultants, and project managers.
Verify materials received at the site and ensure they meet project specifications.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Perform quantity estimation, measurements, and billing verification.
Resolve technical issues encountered during construction.
Coordinate site surveys, layout work, and setting out using surveying equipment.
Maintain site documentation, including inspection reports, work permits, and material records.
Ensure proper implementation of quality control procedures and testing of construction materials.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.




2–5 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects (experience requirements may vary by employer).
Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and engineering standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software (e.g., Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is an advantage).
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Solid communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Typical Duties

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
