About the Role

Kretoss Technology is looking for a creative and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead the positioning, promotion, and growth of our technology products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of B2B/IT marketing, product positioning, market research, content strategy, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute product marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Conduct market research and analyze customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.
Define product positioning, messaging, and unique value propositions.
Create compelling marketing content, including website content, brochures, case studies, presentations, and product collateral.
Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Product, and Technical teams to support lead generation and business growth.
Plan and execute product launches and promotional campaigns.




Develop sales enablement materials to help the sales team effectively communicate product value.
Track campaign performance and analyze marketing KPIs to optimize strategies.
Manage digital marketing initiatives, including LinkedIn, email marketing, SEO, and paid campaigns.
Build and maintain robust understanding of target audiences and buyer personas.

Requirements
3–5 years of experience in Product Marketing, B2B Marketing, IT Marketing, or Technology Marketing.
Strong understanding of SaaS, software development, IT services, or technology products.
Excellent communication, copywriting, and presentation skills.
Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and product positioning.
Knowledge of digital marketing and lead-generation strategies.
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Canva, CRM, and marketing automation platforms is an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
