Software Trainer / Technical Trainer

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Software Trainer to train students and fresh graduates in software technologies and help them become industry-ready. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical sessions, preparing training materials, guiding projects, and supporting placement activities.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom and online training sessions on software technologies.
Explain concepts with real-time examples and hands-on practice.
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, presentations, and assessments.
Guide students in mini projects and final projects.
Conduct mock interviews, aptitude sessions, and resume preparation support.
Monitor student progress and provide individual mentoring.
Update course content based on current industry trends.
Maintain attendance, student feedback, and training reports.
Coordinate with placement and academic teams.

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Certification in relevant technologies is an added advantage.

Experience
Freshers with robust technical knowledge can apply.
1–3 years of training or industry experience preferred.

Preferred Qualities
Positive attitude and patience in handling students.
Ability to conduct interactive and engaging sessions.
Industry exposure or project experience is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,333.64 per month
