Procurement & Inventory Control Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Procurement & Inventory Control Executive to support our Printing & Embroidery Unit. The role involves managing procurement activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the timely availability of chemicals, dyes, trims, consumables, and other production materials.

Key Responsibilities
Process purchase requisitions and create Purchase Orders (POs).
Ensure timely procurement of chemicals, dyes, trims, consumables, and other production materials.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time material delivery.
Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system.
Monitor stock levels, reorder points, and material consumption.
Reconcile physical stock with system inventory.
Track slow-moving, excess, and near-expiry inventory.
Coordinate with Stores,



Production, and Finance for smooth material flow.
Ensure compliance with procurement and inventory SOPs.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
6 months to 1 year of experience in Procurement, Inventory Control, or Stores.
Experience in the Apparel/Garment Manufacturing industry is mandatory.
Basic knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Positive communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
