We are looking for a energetic and field-oriented HVAC Sales Engineer who can manage regional sales activities, generate business opportunities, and handle client relationships across the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for promoting HVAC products and solutions including AHU (Air Handling Units), air conditioning systems, and related HVAC equipment.

The role requires regular field visits, client meetings, technical discussions, and sales closures.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities in the assigned region.
Promote and sell HVAC products including:
Air Handling Units (AHU)
HVAC Systems
Air Conditioning Equipment
Ventilation & Cooling Solutions
Visit clients, consultants, contractors, builders, industries, architects, and project sites regularly.
Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable HVAC solutions.
Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and negotiate commercial terms.
Coordinate with internal technical and installation teams for project execution.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects in the region.
Maintain proper sales reports and client database.

Required Skills
Good communication and presentation skills.
Preferred languages: Gujarati, Hindi & Basic English.
Solid knowledge of HVAC products and systems.
Knowledge of AHU sales and applications is preferred.
Ability to handle technical discussions with clients.
Robust negotiation and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
Field sales experience is mandatory.

Qualification
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field preferred.

Experience
Experience in HVAC sales, project sales, or industrial equipment sales preferred.
Freshers with strong technical knowledge and willingness for field sales can also apply.
