About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and technically solid Embedded Product Support & Testing & Validation Engineer to support our embedded and IoT-based products. The role involves product quality approval, remote troubleshooting, customer coordination, installation guidance, and field-level support. The candidate should be capable of identifying issues related to hardware, firmware, networking, or software, and should ensure products meet customer requirements before deployment.

Requirements
B.E./B.Tech in ECE, EEE, E&I;, or related disciplines
Basic electronics components knowledge is mandatory
Resistors, Capacitors, Relays, MOSFETs, Sensors.
Power supply basics
Valuable troubleshooting and analytical skills
Understanding of embedded systems and IoT devices
Knowledge of networking basics (IP, router, Wi-Fi, LAN troubleshooting)
Ability to understand wiring diagrams and electrical connections
Solid communication and customer handling capability
Willingness to travel for field support activities




Hindi Mandatory to Support Across India.

Responsibilities
Verify product functionality based on customer requirements and project specifications
Troubleshoot issues related to: Hardware, Firmware, Network connectivity, Software/application behavior
Provide remote technical support to customers and field teams
Guide customers during product installation and commissioning
Read, understand, and explain wiring diagrams and connection layouts
Coordinate with internal development and support teams for issue resolution
Support field installations and customer visits across India when required
Prepare testing reports, issue findings, and deployment feedback
Ensure timely closure of customer issues with proper communication
Customer POC, Training & Demo of product
Perform validation and testing of embedded/IoT products before More to production.
