The Mother Teacher will be responsible for handling one complete pre-primary class and taking care of the children’s learning, discipline, safety, and overall development in a caring and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities
Handle the complete class independently.
Teach basic subjects and activities to pre-primary students.
Take care of students’ learning, behavior, and daily classroom activities.
Maintain discipline and create a positive classroom setting.
Prepare simple lesson plans, worksheets, and classroom activities.
Help children develop communication, social, and motor skills.
Monitor students’ progress and share updates with parents.
Maintain attendance and classroom records.




Ensure students’ safety and hygiene at all times.
Participate in school events, meetings, and activities.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Education or relevant discipline.
B.Ed./D.Ed./NTT preferred

Experience
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Experience in pre-primary teaching will be an added advantage.
