Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts, drawings, and presentation materials.
Prepare detailed working drawings and construction documentation.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams.
Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
Ensure designs comply with applicable codes and standards.
Assist in material selection and project coordination.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
1–3 years of skilled experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite (Revit knowledge is an added advantage).
Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
