About Vasca

Vasca Bakehouse & Café is a premium artisan bakery and specialty café focused on handcrafted breads, pastries, desserts, and exceptional coffee. We are looking for passionate baristas who love coffee, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages, manual brews, cold brews, teas, and specialty drinks.
Maintain consistency in beverage quality according to Vasca SOPs.
Calibrate the espresso grinder and monitor extraction throughout the day.
Perform daily opening, closing, and cleaning procedures for coffee equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station.
Assist guests with menu recommendations and provide warm, friendly service.
Handle POS billing and cash transactions when required.
Monitor inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and café supplies.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Work closely with the bakery and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience as a Barista in a café, bakery, or restaurant.




Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, latte art, and grinder calibration.
Experience with manual brewing methods (V60, French Press, AeroPress, etc.) is an advantage.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work under pressure.
Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
English and Hindi communication skills (Gujarati is a plus).

Passion for specialty coffee.
Latte art proficiency.
Understanding of coffee origins and brewing techniques.
Ability to maintain speed without compromising quality.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month (depending on experience)
