Intune SME – Job Description:
Implement and manage the Microsoft Intune workplace to support mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) for various platforms, including iOS, Android, and Windows.
Configure and manage device policies and profiles to ensure compliance and security.
Enroll and onboard devices, troubleshoot enrollment issues, and support remote device management.
Deploy and manage applications to end-user devices, ensuring secure and productive distribution.
Implement app protection policies and conditional access to secure corporate data on mobile devices.
Ensure that Intune policies align with security and compliance standards.
Monitor and respond to security incidents and apply appropriate security configurations.
Maintain detailed documentation of Intune configurations, policies, and incidents.
