Help customers book cabs and solve their ride-related problems through phone, chat, or email.
Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls and messages.
Help customers book, cancel, or change cab rides.
Give information about fares, pickup time, and driver details.
Solve customer problems and complaints.
Coordinate with drivers for smooth pickups and drop-offs.
Update customer details in the system.
Provide polite and friendly customer service.
