Key Responsibilities
Source current Commercial Finance business through direct sales and channel partners.
Build relationships with real estate developers, corporates, builders, CAs, and DSAs.
Originate Commercial Property Loans, Construction Finance, LAP, LRD, and CRE financing prospects.
Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams for proposal processing.
Conduct client meetings and understand funding requirements.
Manage end-to-end loan sourcing until disbursement.
Achieve monthly business and disbursement targets.
Maintain robust relationships for repeat business.
Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
