Responsibilities:
Actively listen to customer needs and recommend the most suitable goods or services.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Maintain a thorough, up-to-date understanding of the company's product offerings and features.
Build rapport with shoppers to encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty.
Operate cash registers, manage inventory, handle returns, and assist with merchandising and displays.
Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a skilled, empathetic manner.
Qualifications & Skills:
Min 1 year in retail sales is mandatory
Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive skills.
Location: Lulu Mall, Trivandrum
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
