Responsibilities
Teach English language and literature effectively
Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, and grammar skills
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments
Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication
Guide students for examinations and academic improvement
Maintain classroom discipline and student engagement
Monitor student progress and communicate with parents when required
