Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective customers through fresh leads and existing databases.
Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
Explain features and benefits of various financial products.
Coordinate with customers for document collection and verification.
Follow up with Banks/NBFCs until loan approval and disbursement.
Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure excellent service.
Update CRM/Excel with daily work progress and customer records.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Generate repeat business and customer referrals.

Eligibility
Graduate preferred (12th Pass with relevant experience may also apply).
Freshers are welcome.
Experience in Banking, NBFC, DSA, Insurance, Telecalling or BFSI will be an added advantage.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Positive attitude with customer-centric approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email and Internet.
Ability to work under targets.
Valuable follow-up and relationship management skills.
What We Offer
