Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Landscape Architect / Junior Architect with experience in real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for supporting design development, planning, and execution of landscape and architectural elements for plot, commercial, or mixed-use developments.

Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering
Experience: 2 - 5 Years in Real Estate / Land Development Projects

Preferred Candidate
Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of less than 15 days.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Planning
Assist in preparation of concept designs, schematic layouts, and detailed drawings
Develop landscape master plans for residential and commercial projects
Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP teams
Ensure design compliance with project requirements, local regulations, and sustainability standards

Project Execution Support
Support senior architects in project planning and execution
Prepare presentation drawings, 3D views, and design reports
Review site conditions and assist in design modifications as required




Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams

Technical Documentation
Prepare working drawings, BOQs, and design specifications
Maintain proper documentation of drawings and revisions
Assist in preparing tender drawings and project submissions

Site Coordination
Conduct site visits and provide design clarifications
Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings and design intent
Resolve design-related issues in coordination with project teams

Required Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop (Revit/3D software is an advantage)
Robust understanding of landscape design principles / architectural detailing
Knowledge of real estate development processes
Good visualization and presentation skills
Solid communication and coordination abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Pay: ₹14,137.50 - ₹35,000.00 per month
