Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Interior Designing, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in interior project estimation, specifically with fit-out or modular furniture projects.
High proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and specialized estimation software (e.g., Bluebeam, or similar).
Solid understanding of interior materials, construction methods, finishes, and labor rates.
Deep understanding of interior working drawings, furniture layouts, electrical plans, and detailed drawings.
Ability to read architectural plans, prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and create accurate project cost estimates.
Solid attention to detail for precise calculations. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
Effective communication for coordinating with vendors, designers, and clients.
Calculating, analyzing, and adjusting cost estimates. Ensuring cost-effective solutions for interior projects.
