Core Responsibilities
Clinical Assessment & Therapy Execution
Carry out physiotherapy treatments as per prescribed plans.
Collect patient history and assess their functional needs under supervision.
Monitor patient progress and provide regular feedback to the Senior Physiotherapist and medical team.
Assist in developing individual care plans and scheduling therapy sessions.
Departmental Coordination & Support
Support smooth operation of the Physiotherapy Department (IP and OP).
Coordinate therapy appointments and assist with daily activity planning.
Demonstrate exercises and therapy techniques to patients and caregivers.
Follow departmental protocols for therapy execution and patient communication.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain patient records in the HIS/EMR system.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry, session notes, and treatment records.
Monitor billing compliance for therapies delivered.
Maintain awareness of NABH standards and ensure adherence.
Equipment & Inventory Management
Maintain therapy equipment and coordinate repairs as required.




Monitor inventory and place supply requisitions through appropriate channels.
Report faulty equipment and follow up for maintenance and replacements.
Knowledge Sharing & Training Support
Assist in training programs for recent staff or interns.
Contribute to developing patient education materials (brochures, handouts, PPTs).

Participate in workshops, outreach events, and interdepartmental initiatives.

Profile

Knowledge and Experience
Education: BSc in Physiotherapy
Experience: Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience
Familiarity with HIS/EMR systems and basic rehab documentation preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
