Key Responsibilities
Manage daily order processing and tracking.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for dispatch and delivery.
Upload and update product listings on e-commerce platforms.
Monitor inventory levels and update stock availability.
Handle customer queries, returns, and refunds.
Maintain sales and operational reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
Ensure accurate pricing, product descriptions, and images on marketplaces.
Support promotional campaigns and online sales activities.
Coordinate with marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
Identify operational issues and report them to the manager.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
