Chotteylal & Sons is hiring an experienced and customer-focused Silver Sales Executive for our Pusa Road store.
Key Responsibilities
Attend walk-in customers and explain silver coins, jewellery and gifting products
Handle enquiries through WhatsApp and phone calls
Convert enquiries into orders and achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure regular follow-ups
Coordinate with the billing, packaging and dispatch teams
Maintain product displays and assist with stock organisation
Stay updated on silver products, pricing and customisation options
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales or customer handling
Jewellery, silver,
luxury retail or gifting experience preferred
Solid English-speaking and communication skills
Solid convincing, follow-up and relationship-building skills
Comfortable using WhatsApp and Instagram for sales
Presentable, reliable and target-oriented
Salary & Perks
Salary: ₹25,000–₹50,000 per month, based on experience
Performance incentives can be discussed during the interview
Working Hours
6 days a week
10:30 AM to 8:00 PM
Location: Pusa Road, New Delhi
Joining: Immediate preferred
