What you’ll actually do
Build the Team (Talent Magnet Mode)
Hunt, attract, and close high-quality candidates across functions
Create hiring systems that scale with us
Make candidates want to join us
Own the Employee Lifecycle
From offer letter → onboarding → growth → exit
Make every step feel structured, fair, and human
Create HR Policies (But Not Boring Ones)
Design policies that are:
Clear
Practical
Culture-first
Balance discipline with flexibility
Run the Engine
Attendance & leave tracking
Payroll coordination
Offer letters, contracts, compliance
Performance frameworks
Shape Culture & Energy
Build rituals, not rules
Keep the team aligned, motivated, and accountable
Be the bridge between founders and team
