About the Role:
We are looking for a responsible, energetic, and pet-friendly Store Operator to join our Pet Spa & Salon team in Recent Panvel. The ideal candidate should enjoy working around pets, have a customer-first attitude, and be comfortable managing day-to-day store operations in a pet care environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the salon
Welcome and assist customers visiting the store
Coordinate appointments and customer bookings
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the store and pet service areas
Support grooming and spa operations as required
Handle billing, basic records, and customer communication
Ensure pets are treated with care, patience, and attention
Monitor inventory and coordinate stock requirements

Requirements:




Pet-friendly nature and comfort working around dogs and other pets
Good communication and customer service skills
Responsible, organized, and proactive approach to work
Prior experience in retail, salon, pet care, or store operations is preferred (not mandatory)
Basic computer and billing knowledge is an advantage

Work Schedule:
Shift Timing: 12:00 PM – 09:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week
