Responsibilities
Maintenance & Repair: Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on electrical systems and equipment, including motors, control circuits, and PLCs.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose electrical malfunctions using testing tools and repair/replace faulty components promptly to minimize downtime.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all machinery and systems comply with environmental regulations, electrical codes, and safety standards.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and technical data in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and logbooks.
Operational Optimization: Identify improvements in electrical systems based on historical failure data to increase efficiency.
Inventory Control: Monitor spare parts availability, procure necessary components, and maintain stock levels.
Coordination: Collaborate with production teams and contractors to ensure maintenance activities do not conflict with production schedules.





Qualifications
License : Must be "C" License Holder.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
Experience: Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, often 3–7+ years, particularly in industrial, manufacturing, or power plant settings.
Technical Expertise: Solid knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, variable speed drives, instrumentation, and control systems.
Diagnostic Skills: Ability to interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to lead or work within a team

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
