Job Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound calls for website sales and digital marketing services.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable website and digital solutions.
Guide and support the sales team with product knowledge and customer handling techniques.
Manage client communications through calls, emails, and online meetings.
Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum 1+ years of experience in Website Selling, International BPO, or IT Sales.




Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Robust convincing and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team workplace.
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
Valuable problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
Comfortable working in US Night Shift.
