Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Academic Counselor to guide prospective students through the admission process and provide accurate information about the organization’s training programs and services. The candidate will play a key role in student engagement, counseling, and enrollment support.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding the organization’s training programs and career opportunities.
Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
Follow up with prospective students and assist them throughout the admission process.
Maintain proper records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth onboarding and student support.
Achieve assigned admission and counseling targets.
Provide timely and qualified responses to student queries.
Build robust relationships with students to ensure a positive experience.
Support promotional activities, seminars,



and awareness campaigns when required.

Required Skills

Strong convincing and counseling abilities.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Professional and positive attitude.

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
2–3 years of experience in Academic Counseling, Student Counseling, or Educational Sales.
Experience in training institutes or educational organizations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,314.60 - ₹33,388.23 per month
