Job Purpose: This position entails leading a technical team with a focus on devops, python, and Kubernetes. The primary responsibilities include overseeing the technical aspects of projects, ensuring smooth operations, and implementing best practices in devops, python, and Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals in the areas of devops, python, and kubernetes.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to design, implement, and maintain technical solutions.
Develop and implement best practices for devops processes, python coding standards, and kubernetes deployments.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in devops, python, and kubernetes technologies.

Skill Requirements: 1. Solid proficiency in devops practices and tools.
Proficient in python programming language.
Experience with kubernetes and containerization technologies.
Knowledge of ci/cd pipelines and automation tools.
Ability to lead and motivate a technical team effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.




Solid analytical and decision-making abilities.

Other Requirements: 1.Relevant certifications in devops, python, or kubernetes are a plus.

Key Responsibilities
To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.
To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
