Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and guest-focused F&B; Service Trainee Captain to join our Food & Beverage team. The candidate will assist in supervising daily restaurant operations while learning leadership responsibilities under the guidance of senior captains and restaurant managers. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and eager to build a successful career in food and beverage service.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a warm and professional manner.
Ensure excellent guest service and dining experience.
Supervise and support stewards during restaurant operations.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth service flow.
Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
Assist in handling guest requests and resolving service-related concerns.
Support opening and closing restaurant procedures.
Train and guide recent service associates under the supervision of senior staff.
Maintain grooming standards and a positive work setting.
