Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain all IT systems, hardware, and software across the organization
Ensure smooth functioning of outlet systems and software (POS, billing, reporting tools, etc.)
Handle mobile phones, SIM cards, and communication devices (activation, tracking, troubleshooting)
Install, configure, and update software applications and systems
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system/network issues
Maintain and monitor data backups, system security, and access controls
Coordinate with vendors for IT purchases, repairs, and AMC support
Assist in managing HR software systems (attendance, payroll, employee data)
Support Marketing tools/software (CRM systems, campaign tools, digital platforms)
Coordinate in handling social media platforms (basic technical support, uploads, access management, coordination with marketing team)




Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and asset records
Ensure minimal downtime and quick resolution of IT issues across all locations

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of computer systems, networking, and IT infrastructure
Proficiency in software installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Familiarity with POS systems, CRM tools, HR software, and social media platforms
Positive understanding of mobile device and SIM management
Basic knowledge of data security and backup processes

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
