About This Role

In this internship, you will work closely with the Founder in handling day-to-day business operations, coordination, follow-ups, communication management, reporting, and strategic execution support.

The role demands ownership, professionalism, speed, confidentiality, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
Solid organizational and multitasking abilities with the ability to work in a quick-paced environment & robust follow-up and coordination skills
Smart, presentable, and highly professional attitude with execution-focused mindset
Good knowledge of Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

Preferred Candidate
MBA / BBA / Management / Business-related background preferred; however, freshers can apply
Prior internship experience in operations, coordination, HR, sales, or founder’s office is a plus
Candidates interested in startups, business operations, and leadership exposure preferred.
