Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts receivable by tracking outstanding payments and ensuring timely collections.
Issue payment reminders and follow up with customers to maintain healthy cash flow.
Record daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
Reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, and vendor accounts on a regular basis.
Prepare invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and other billing-related documents.
Coordinate with clients, Sales, and internal Accounts teams to resolve billing discrepancies and payment disputes.
Assist in month-end closing activities and prepare financial reports as required.
Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation and compliance records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Perform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned.
