Qualification
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering OR Any Graduate (Automobile Experience Preferred)
Other Requirements
Valid Driving License (Preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel & Dealer Management System (DMS)
Knowledge of OEM Warranty Policies & Procedures
Key Responsibilities
Process, verify, and submit vehicle warranty claims as per OEM guidelines.
Check warranty eligibility, job cards, repair orders, invoices, and supporting documents.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of warranty claims to minimize claim rejection.
Track pending, approved, and rejected claims and follow up for timely closure.
Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians, Workshop, Parts Department, and OEM representatives.
Maintain complete warranty documentation and claim records.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
