Job Summary
The Senior Technical Lead specializing in spring boot and Kafka will be responsible for leading technical teams in the design, development, and implementation of solutions using these technologies. They will play a key role in architecting and delivering high-quality, scalable, and effective systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and guide technical teams in the development and implementation of projects using spring boot and kafka.
Design and architect robust and scalable solutions based on business requirements.
Ensure best practices are followed in coding, testing, and deployment processes.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Provide technical expertise and mentorship to team members.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in spring boot and kafka applications.
Skill Requirements




Proficient in spring boot framework for building microservices and web applications.
Solid experience in working with apache kafka for building real-time data processing applications.
In-depth knowledge of java programming language.
Familiarity with cloud services and microservices architecture.
Ability to lead and mentor technical teams effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Solid communication and teamwork skills.
Other Requirements
