As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in enhancing our recruitment platform by optimizing our infrastructure and ensuring seamless integration and deployment processes. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to implement cutting-edge solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions.
Collaborate with development teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability.
Automate repetitive tasks to improve operational efficiency.
Implement security best practices to protect data and systems.
Contribute to the development of our patented AI recruitment algorithm.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Robust experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI.
Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration.
Preferred Skills
Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Ruby, or Go.
Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana.
