Key Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth day-to-day plant operations.
Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and utilities.
Coordinate with production to minimize downtime.
Supervise housekeeping activities and ensure cleanliness across the plant and office premises.
Manage security staff, pantry, office boys, and other support staff.
Oversee facility maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG sets, and civil work.
Coordinate with vendors and AMC service providers for maintenance and facility services.
Monitor inventory of maintenance spares, consumables, and housekeeping materials.
Ensure statutory, safety, fire, and EHS compliance.
Maintain maintenance records, asset registers, and administrative documentation.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
