Titan, a leading provider of automation solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated TEAL-Engineer 1 Mechanical Assembly to join our Engineering team in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, India. As a TEAL-Engineer 1 Mechanical Assembly, you will be responsible for assembling and testing mechanical components for our automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble mechanical components according to engineering drawings and specifications
Conduct quality checks and tests on assembled components to ensure they meet company standards
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the assembly process
Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in the automation industry
Solid understanding of engineering drawings and specifications
Proficient in using hand and power tools
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and quality
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace
Additional Parameters:
Experience with RP (Rapid Prototyping) is a plus
Knowledge of automation systems and components is preferred
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles is an asset
