Job Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair CNC Turning Centers and VMC machines.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Troubleshoot Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Siemens, and other CNC controls.
Repair hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, coolant, and electrical systems.
Troubleshoot servo alarms, spindle issues, ATC problems, and axis faults.
Install, level, and commission machines at customer sites when required.
Inspect imported machines and prepare them for sale.
Requirements
5–10 years of experience in CNC/VMC machine maintenance.
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering preferred.
Solid knowledge of Fanuc controls is essential.
Experience with Doosan, Hyundai WIA, Mazak, Mori Seiki, Okuma, Haas, Makino, or similar CNC machines will be preferred.
Ability to read electrical and hydraulic drawings.
