Job Responsibilities
Sell movie tickets at the ticket counter.
Assist customers with ticket bookings and show timings.
Sell snacks, beverages, and other food items at the counter.
Deliver food and beverages inside the theater when required.
Verify and scan customer tickets before entry.
Guide customers to their respective screens and seats.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter and work area.
Process cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions accurately.
Coordinate with the theater operations team to ensure smooth customer service.
Perform other duties assigned by the management.
Eligibility
Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / Intermediate or Above.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Positive communication and customer handling skills.
Basic knowledge of cash handling is preferred.

Shift Timings
Female:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Male:
12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Rotational shifts and weekly off.
