Job Description:
The Mortgage Executive will manage the mortgage application process from start to finish, providing expert advice to clients on mortgage products and assisting
them in securing financing. You will work closely with clients to facilitate smooth and successful transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
– Advise clients on mortgage products and financing options.
– Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gather necessary documentation.
– Liaise with lenders, real estate agents, and other parties involved in the mortgage process.
– Review and assess clients’ financial situations to recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
– Stay updated on market trends, mortgage rates, and regulatory changes.
– Ensure compliance with Australian lending regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
– Relevant experience in mortgage broking or lending.
– Robust understanding of Australian mortgage.
– Excellent communication, and customer service skills.
– Proficiency in mortgage software and Microsoft Office Suite.
