About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior Accounts Executive to support our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing invoices, maintaining accounting records, passing journal entries, and assisting in day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and generate sales invoices, E-way bills/tax invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
Process customer billing accurately and within specified timelines.
Upload payment requests through portals.
Pass day-to-day accounting journal entries in Tally Prime or ERP software.
Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and contra vouchers.
Verify invoices and supporting documents before accounting entries.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
Maintain accurate records of receivables and payables.
Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics teams for billing-related documentation.




Assist in GST-related data preparation and invoice verification.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and statutory requirements.
Perform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the Senior Accountant.

Required Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com (Preferred)
1–2 years of experience in accounting or billing.

Required Skills
Valuable understanding of basic accounting principles.
Hands-on experience with Tally.
Knowledge of GST invoicing and accounting entries.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Experience in billing for trading or distribution companies.
Positive numerical and analytical skills.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Monday to Saturday 10.30AM to 6.30PM

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
