Project Planning & Execution
Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Ensure compliance with Contract Documents, environmental regulations, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
Oversee procurement & receiving/installing of mechanical equipment and materials.
Coordination of civil work and other related activities
Manage and coordinate site mobilization/set-up activities
Developing the team by providing the required support and encouragement for better work.
Executing the projects within allocated budgets and within stipulated time
