Plan, execute, and monitor infrastructure and civil engineering projects from initiation to completion.
Manage government and public sector projects as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and project budgets.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
Prepare project progress reports, MIS reports, billing documentation, and project records.
Manage subcontractors and site engineering teams effectively.
Participate in project review meetings and provide technical solutions to site challenges.
Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality expectations.
Support tender coordination, project planning, and resource allocation activities.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of infrastructure project management and execution.
Experience handling government/public sector projects.
Good understanding of civil engineering drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies.
Knowledge of project planning tools, billing procedures, and project documentation.
Strong leadership, team management,



and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following:
Roads and highways
Bridges and flyovers
Drainage and sewerage projects
Water supply projects
Industrial infrastructure projects
Public infrastructure development

Additional advantage:
Exposure to government departments and tender procedures.
Experience managing multiple project sites simultaneously.

Candidate Profile
B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure project execution.
Solid project coordination and leadership capabilities.
Willing to work in South Chennai.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
