Manage end-to-end interior fit-out projects including planning, budgeting, execution, and handover.
Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met.
Prepare project schedules, monitor timelines, and ensure milestones are achieved.
Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services while controlling costs.
Supervise site activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve in office issues promptly.
Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and progress updates for stakeholders.
Ensure seamless communication between internal teams and external parties.
Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to avoid project delays.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
Experience:
