Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment and onboarding of hospital staff
Employee attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Handle employee engagement and grievance management
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
Ensure compliance with HR policies and hospital regulations
Support performance management and staff retention initiatives
Eligibility:
Graduate/MBA in HR or related field
Experience in HR operations and recruitment preferred
Robust communication and coordination skills
Healthcare/Hospital HR experience will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
