Conduct in-process and final inspection of control panels
Verify wiring, components, layout, labeling, and documentation
Perform checks for:
Cable routing & ferruling
Tightness and terminations
Panel layout as per drawings
Monitor manufacturing activities for compliance
Perform and supervise:
Functional testing
Continuity & insulation resistance testing (IR)
High voltage (Hi-Pot) testing (if required)
Ensure panels meet customer and project technical requirements
Prepare and maintain:
Inspection reports
Test reports
Quality records & checklists
Handle non-conformance reports (NCR) and corrective actions
Support client inspections and FAT (Factory Acceptance Test)
Coordinate with auditors for internal/external quality audits
Address customer complaints and implement corrective measures
Solid knowledge of control panel wiring & assembly
Familiar with electrical standards (IEC, IS, ISO)
Understanding of drawings, schematics, GA, and wiring diagrams
Knowledge of testing instruments (multimeter, megger, etc.)
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
